Bei Start Fehlermeldung COMPOSITE nicht auffindbar

Hallo mal!

Ich habe ein bisschen Erfahrung mit Suse Linux, jetzt habe ich Mandriva 2008 Powerpack drauf. Die Installation hat gut funktioniert auch die Grafik Installation Ati Readon x1550. Ich habe auch gesehen das, das hakerl bei 3d Unterstützung drinne ist. Hab in einer Konsole gestestet ob sich der 3D Würfel schön dreht, tut er auch. Nur habe ich kenen 3D Desktop und keine Effekte. Beim Start kommen immer zwei Fenster mit einer Meldung das Composite nicht auffindbar. Ich habe einen Screenshot gemacht von den beiden Fenstern, wenn sie jemand sehen will. Noch, was wenn ich im Kontroll zentrum unter 3D Einstellungen 3d anhakerl und neu starte dann ruckelt alles und habe wie löcher am Desktop oder weiße Kästchen. Man sieht von den Fenstern nur die Hälfte und einfrieren tut er auch wenn ich etwas anklicke. Hat jemand eine Idee was da los ist?

häng die screenshots mal als dateianhang hier an, dann kann man sich das mal anschauen.

dann schau doch mal bitte nach, ob in der /etc/X11/xorg.conf die Angaben zu finden sind, die in der 2ten Fehlermeldung angesprochen werden.

Denn falls das nicht der Fall ist, muszt du das nur nachholen.

Hallo!

Also den Eintrag habe ich schon gemacht, dann hatte ich ein sehr lustiges Linux kann man gar nicht beschreiben wie das aussah, löchrig ruckelig langsam usw..... Habe diesen Eintrag ganz unten in der xorg.conf gemacht, sollte der wo anders stehen am Anfang zb? Ich habe mit viel Augenweh dann die xorg.conf wieder zurück gestellt also den Eintrag wieder gelöscht!

wenn du auf die konsole wechselst <strg><alt><F1>, dann gehts auch ohne augenschmerzen. poste doch mal deine /etc/X11/xorg.conf und die /var/log/Xorg.0.log

wenn du Probleme mit deinem X hast, aendere doch einfach alle Dinge OHNE das laestige rumgeklicke....

probiere doch mal dich ueber die Konsole <STRG>+<ALT>+<F1> oder <F2> .... <F6> an deinem system anzumelden

Dann kannst du alles machen, ohne dir deine Augen zu verrenken.



Nun aber wieder zurueck zu deinem Problem.

Wenn mich nicht alles taeuscht, sollte das egal sein, an welcher Position der xorg.conf dieser Eintrag zu finden ist.

Wenn dieser vorhanden ist, koennte es sein, dass dein GraKa Treiber nicht richtig funktioniert.

Hast du denn einen seperaten ATI Treiber installiert oder hast du in in der Hinsicht noch nichts weiter gemacht (also verwendest du noch die bei der Distri mitgelieferten Treiber oder nicht)?

2. trage in die xorg.xonf in die section "Device" folgende option ein

Hallo! Also meinte aktivieren.

Ich habe also keine 3D Hardware beschleunigung aktiviert auch keine Composite erweiterung. Und habe in der xorg.conf die beiden Einträge geändert. Gespeichert und gestartet. Also wieder ganz komisch ausgesehen der Desktop und die Fenster teilweise durchsichtig. Ich habe ein Screenshot gemacht.

Hallo mal!
Weis nicht ob da noch jemand rein guckt, aber mittlerweile funkt der 3 D Desktop. Habe wieder nach unendlichen versuchen Mandriva 2008 Powerpack drauf von Ati den treiber installiert, 3 D Desktop aktiviert und siehe da ohne sonst was zu tun jetzt geht es, denke mal Ati hat den Treiber überarbeitet, kann mir sonst nix anderes vorstellen.
